Group Fitness

Improve your endurance, core, strength and flexibility while working in a group environment.  Group Fitness classes are 45 minutes long and include cardio intervals, strength elements (using dumbbells, kettle bells, sand bells and resistance bands or body weight exercises), stretching and core/abdominal work.   Aside from weight loss benefits, there are many muscle building benefits from resistance exercises like squats and push ups.  Vibe Fitness classes provide a fast effective workout to improve overall strength and body composition.  Nutritional support is also provided following a clean eating approach.

6:00 am classes are a mix of men and women . Classes are located in South East Oakville - indoors and outdoors dependent on time of year and weather conditions.
