For optimum results, we recommend training on the Power Plate twice a week, but are able to accommodate one or more sessions per week.

Classes are located in South East Oakville - indoor and outdoor dependent on time of year and weather conditions.

Stretch

NEW men's foam roller stretch class sessions.  Why stretch? Benefits include:

  • Improved Circulation
  • Increased blood flow
  • Releases muscle tightness
  • Breaks down knots in muscles
  • Reduces pain

Performing certain exercises on the roller engages muscles  and builds strength. Since the roller is unstable it also works your core and helps improve balance. After a one hour stretch session you feel great like you do after a deep tissue massage!

Class Schedule:

Saturdays  8:00am - 9:00am

Group Fitness

Group Fitness classes are 45 minutes long, twice a week,  and include cardio intervals, strength elements (using dumbbells, kettle bells, sand bells and resistance bands or body weight exercises), stretching and core/abdominal work.

Tues/Thurs 6:00am - 6:45am
